While everyone needs to care for their mental wellness, not everyone will suffer from a mental illness.  If you or someone you know is suffering from a mental illness, do not feel ashamed.  1 in 5 Canadians will experience a mental illness at some point in their life.  Please do not feel like you need to deal with this on your own.  Use the contact information under the "Need Help?" tab to find support or talk to your guidance counsellor.
